Things tradespeople ask about pricing
Is there a setup fee?
No. £95/month for Websites means £95/month from day one. No upfront build cost. No "design fee" on top. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do I have to commit to a contract?
No. There is no contract. If you want to leave, you can. Your domain is in your name and you take it with you. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Can I just take Websites without Local Search?
Yes. You can take any of the three services on their own. Websites is the most useful as a standalone since you get a real, professional site that ranks on its technical foundations. Local Search and Google Ads work best when paired with a Grafters website.
What if I want to add a service later?
Tell us. We add it. No fuss. Each service is its own line on the invoice. Add it, remove it, or pause it whenever it makes sense.
What if it doesn't work?
For Websites: not happy before launch? You don't pay. We will not invoice you until you sign off. For Local Search: rankings move slow and we are honest about that. If after six months we are not delivering rankings, we will tell you why and adjust. For Google Ads: you see the leads and the cost-per-lead every month. If it is not working, we say so.
What's NOT included?
Google Ads spend is separate. That money goes directly to Google for clicks, not to us. Anything outside the core service (full e-commerce, custom integrations, very large multi-location sites) is quoted separately if needed. For 99% of trade businesses, the standard service covers everything.
