About these terms
These terms cover how you use grafters.net and the Grafters services (Websites, Local Search, Google Ads). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Grafters provides three services: Websites (£95/month), Local Search (£95/month), and Google Ads management (from £300/month plus your ad spend). Each is a monthly subscription with no fixed term. You can cancel anytime.
Payment
Monthly fees are charged on the same date each month, starting on the date your service goes live. For Google Ads, the management fee is separate from your ad spend. Ad spend is paid directly to Google.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime by emailing or calling us. We'll stop billing from your next monthly cycle. Your domain remains in your name. If you've taken a Grafters website and choose to leave, we'll help you move it to a host of your choice at no extra cost.
Ownership
You own your domain name. You own your content (text, images, photos). You own the rights to use the website we build for you for as long as you're a Grafters client. If you leave, you can take your content and domain with you.
Performance
We build your site to the standards described on our service pages. For Local Search and Google Ads, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, click volumes, or lead counts. These depend on factors outside our control (competition, search volume, market conditions). We can guarantee how we work: weekly optimisation, monthly reporting, honest assessment of what's working.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months before any claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost business). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be notified to current clients with 30 days' notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
