Who we are

Grafters builds websites, manages Local Search, and runs Google Ads campaigns for UK tradespeople. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit grafters.net or get in touch.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your trade
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• Your service area (optional)
• Any message you include

We also collect anonymised analytics about how visitors use the site (page views, traffic sources, device type) via Vercel Analytics. This does not identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and provide any service you've requested. If you don't become a client, we delete the enquiry within 12 months unless you ask us to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop using it
• Complain to the ICO if you think we've handled it wrongly

We use minimal cookies. Only what's needed for the site to work and for anonymised analytics. We don't use advertising cookies. We don't track you across other sites.
